X-Ray Inspection with AXI System OptiCon X-Line 3D

nanoX Technology has teamed up with Göpel electronic to introduce their 3D X-ray inline solution to the Asia Pacific market. nanoX will provide the sales, marketing and technical support based on our network in Asia Pacific.

3D providing a good view into Copper Wire Bonding

with the 3D technology of the nX 2000 copper wires can be clearly seperated within the IC package. 

A 3D Journey

A journey layer by layer through an assembled multi-layer PCB board using the 3D (three dimensional) Laminography technology. The journey shows from the top through the IC with the internal wire bonds, continous through the various layers of the PCB and ends on the back side with the resistors.

The movie is based on the new nX 2000 system using the latest 3D Laminography software to generate on the spot an immediate layer-by-layer model of the sample.

A new System

The new system nX 2000 is availble. First results of the Laminography technology are available and demonstrate the superiority of 3D (three dimensional) x-ray systems in seperating various layers of highly populated PCBs.
With the optional Computed Tomography (CT) feature the system also provides for the most common 3D x-ray technology.
